It is important for you to know that all our rooms and common areas are cleaned with biodegradable products, sanitized and disinfected on a recurring basis by trained personnel and with products for professional use, in addition to having the necessary sanitation measures. For Grupo ALPE the most important thing is your health and that of our employees. Guest access Registered guests will have full access to the property and its amenities. We are also pleased to provide you with concierge service to make reservations at your favorite restaurant in the area, go on tours, order groceries prior to your arrival or simply take advantage of the recommendations to enjoy your stay. Other things to note - Extra guests are not permitted. As an exception, a baby under 2 years old may be accommodated at an additional cost of $250 MXN per night, as the administration considers them an extra guest. The corresponding payment will be processed through Airbnb once the reservation is confirmed. A bath towel and beach towel will be provided for the baby. - If you need an iron, baby crib or any special item, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance and we will do our best to have it ready for your arrival. - We offer SmartTVs so that each guest can access their Streaming accounts. - Our neighbors are very important to us so we ask you to be very respectful and keep the noise down between 9:00 PM and 9:00 AM.
