Do you arrange surprise? - Yes we do, inform us ahead of time to prepare your decorations (decoration materials and layout idea shall be provided by the guest) Charges may apply. HOW TO RESERVE? 1. Book your stay thru AIRBNB, FB Page or send us by email. 2. Reserve and block your slots with 500 php reservation fee (non-refundable, rebooking can be applied 5 days prior to reserved date). 3. Security deposit of 500 php is required upon check in. (Refundable a day after the check out) 4. Deposit thru Gcash or BPI Account. 5. Confirmed booking thru FB Page and email will receive an invoice from us. 6. Upon payment, provide the names of guest who will stay and provide valid ID's (Passport, Driving License, PRC License, UMID etc.) and send to us by email or message thru FB Page. 7. Remaining balance amount shall be paid 1 day before the actual date. 8. Terms and conditions may apply. * Any items/appliances damaged/missing during the stay shall be paid by the guests. * Unit owner is not liable to any missing belongings.
