The first and second bedroom each contain a queen-size bed, and the third bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds. The Outdoor shower, shared with the bottom unit, is equipped with warm water. Guests can enjoy their meals at an 8-seater dining table, and the lounge offers comfortable seating on a huge leather couch and rocking chairs. The living area opens onto a large deck with a gas braai overlooking the ocean, beach and bush. A kayak is available for use on request and is shared with the bottom unit. In case off load shedding, no hassle, inverter installed for use by both units. The almost private beach is never over crowed and is mostly used by the nearby neighbors and is very save for swimming. Residents enjoy vishing from the shore. Beach walks, jogging or mountain biking on the beach tide permitted, is enjoyed as the beach stretches from Walskipper restaurant in the east up to Kromme river mouth (St Francis Bay) in the south. Other things to note For the mountain bike enthusiasts bring you bike and cycle parts of the popular Trans Baviaans MBR or a 50km beach ride from Houtboschbaai to Gamtoos river mouth and/or Kromme River mouth. Plenty save MBR available. It is expected that guest adhere and abide to the rules of Houboschbaai Body Corporate e.g., only use the boardwalk to gain excess to the beach, stay of the dunes.
