Cozy house 15 minutes from city center

A cozy home in Amsterdam Noord with a sunny garden, very suitable for families or couples. Our house is located in an authentic working-class neighborhood in the north of Amsterdam, about 15 minutes from the city center and Amsterdam Central Station. The recently renovated house from 1928 has a warm atmosphere, 3 bedrooms including 1 children's room and a cozy sitting and dining area by the kitchen with 7-burner gas stove. The space The house has 3 floors that are entirely at your disposal. On the ground floor is the cozy living room with open kitchen and French doors to the sunny garden. The kitchen is fully equipped with a 7-burner gas stove, oven, Nespresso machine, milk frother, kettle, blender, soda stream, dishwasher and a spacious refrigerator. In the garden, there is sun from 10 a.m. until sunset, so you can both have breakfast in the garden and have a drink at the end of the day. Because of our cozy plane tree, there is also enough shade for the enthusiast. Our garden is separated from the garden of the back neighbors by an aviary with birds, which whistle cheerfully all day, but we have a shared entrance. The first floor consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 room with a large double bed and 1 children's room, and a recently renovated bathroom with a rain shower. The attic is a large open space, with light from two sides through two dormer windows, with a double bed and a workplace with a comfortable desk chair. Bedding and towels are included. There are no wardrobes available. The house can accommodate 4 adults and 1 child. Especially for children/babies: The children's room is equipped with a crib for children up to 4 years old, a changing table and a bath for the smaller children. In the living room, there is a high chair. The stairs have safety gates that can be closed. Books, toys and stuffed animals are available on both floors for use. Other things to note Our house is in a quiet family neighborhood, and we find it important that our neighbors are taken into account by not causing noise pollution. We therefore prefer families or couples and not groups of friends or bachelor parties. The traditional houses in Amsterdam are often built a bit narrower, as is our house.
