Our 100-year-old, renovated 'Casita Klein Zwitserland' is located in the Lecrín Valley, 20 minutes by car from Granada and the coast. Enjoy a cosy living space, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, fast Wi-Fi, a comfortable workspace, a patio and a panoramic terrace with a unique view over the lake and citrus orchards. Ideal for a week's stay or a workation to unwind in the mountains, with the city and the sea close by. We are happy to share our brochure with the best (hiking) routes, beaches and restaurants. The space Casita Klein Zwitserland is suitable for two adults and 1 child or a guest: - Entrance on the ground floor through authentic French doors to the L-shaped living space, situated around an Andalusian patio with lots of greenery. - Light, cosy living-dining room with Andalusian details, a cosy pellet stove for the colder winter evenings and an Android Smart TV to install or stream your own TV App. - Fiber optic internet access. - Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 5-burner gas stove, oven, microwave and Nespresso machine. - Utility room with washing machine, freezer and boiler. - The living room and kitchen both offer access to the Andalusian patio with mosaic table and potted plants. - The upper floor is equipped with air conditioning for heating and cooling. - double bedroom. - Stay/study room with single bed and a desk with a good office chair to work remotely. - Bathroom with shower and toilet and French balcony. - The patio offers access to the spacious panoramic terrace with a phenomenal view via a second terrace. The roof terrace is equipped with sun loungers, a dining set and an electric barbecue. Guest access Guests have the entire house at their disposal during their stay. Other things to note - Unfortunately, Casita Klein Zwitserland is not accessible to people with reduced mobility. - The house is located on a narrow street, and parking is limited. Free on-street parking is available approximately a 1-minute walk away. Loading and unloading at the door is always possible. - Please help us look after the pot plants on the patio, the terraces and the window sills. - Arrival after 4:00 pm and departure before 11:00 am (exceptions possible by agreement). - We are happy to accept bookings from experienced guests with at least 5 reviews and a good reputation.
