Koté Roukou – homestay in La Culture

Are you looking for extra housing near downtown Saint-Laurent du Maroni? Welcome to our home We are a couple with an 11-year-old child. The house is located in the Culture district: administrations, local shops, historic district (Camp de la Transportation, Tourist Office), the Maroni... within a 10-minute walk. You will have a bedroom with a dressing area and desk area. The space The house is separated into 2 parts. We occupy the back. Your bedroom is located at the front of the house, upstairs. On the same landing, there is another bedroom and the shower room/toilet to share with a possible other traveler. The bedroom overlooks the back of the house and the outdoor courtyard. The common areas are composed of a large living room with living room, kitchen and dining room. A large terrace with dining area and lounge overlooks the garden. Guest access The front of the house, the terrace and the garden. During your stay We appreciate being able to interact with guests and make them feel at home in our home. I remain available to answer any questions and prefer exchanges via WhatsApp because I am more responsive (except when the network is unpredictable...) Other things to note We share our home with a cat and a dog. They are not allowed to enter the front of the house. The dog is okay. But hey, a cat does whatever it wants! You will need to make sure to close the doors if you want to avoid any intrusion on its part... The dog, a Maroni shepherd, can be intimidating and we can prevent it from accessing the garden, at your convenience.
