This 6 bedroom/5.5 bathroom beach house is the perfect place to visit with breathtaking sunrise and sunset views. The home features a bright and airy open concept kitchen, dining and living room area that offers panoramic views of the Intracoastal Waterway, Davis Canal, and Ocean. Enjoy the waterway access with the backyard private pier with plenty of room to bring your boat and kayaks! The space The kitchen is equipped with all appliances, refrigerator/freezer, stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave, blender, coffee cups, glass wear, silver wear, wine glasses and all other standard necessities for the kitchen and more. All 6 of the bedrooms are large, roomy and offer plenty of space, including five master bedrooms. There are living room areas on both floors, which allows plenty of room for multi-generations. Both living rooms feature TV's. High speed internet with Wi-Fi is available for your use. Guests have access to a washer and a dryer. After a beach or boat day, enjoy rinsing the sand away in the outdoor shower. There is an oceanfront sun deck where you can relax and enjoy your favorite drink anytime you like, as you listen to the waves roll on shore. Check-In is 4:00pm EST and Check-out is 10:00am EST. Guest access - Guests have access to the top 2 floors of the home. - Elevator is not accessible by guests. - Garages are used for owner storage and not accessible by guests. - Guests have access to the dock, however, they don't have access to boat lift. - Several closets/cabinets are labeled "owners" and locked.
