The space This is a spacious apartment with over 1000 square feet. There is a large bedroom with a comfortable king size bed and large soak tub. Included is a private bathroom with amenities, full size kitchen with stove, refrigerator, microwave and coffeemaker. There is a full size living room with TV and a cozy fireplace. Also included is a full washer and dryer and two large full size closets. The Living room and bedroom with King size bed facing the ocean. During the nice weather, you will see the beautiful sunset and mountains, but whatever the weather, you will never be dissatisfied with the scenery. It will be unforgettable. When you return home, we hope you will carry with you wonderful memories of your stay in our home. Guest access The patio outside this lovely apartment is for the use of the guest. Other things to note There is a Hospital Four (4) minutes away if you need one. We are professional and a super host. Dale and Ping (your hosts) live upstairs, We are very Quiet we want to disclose this just in case there is some one that is super sensitive about any noise whatsoever. Note: we do have insulation between the floors and we have never had a complaint. We are a non smoking property. No nonsense type people. No parties or gatherings. We want our guest to enjoy there stay and we try to do what we can to help make that happen... Within reason.
