Ruby studio is a brand new apartment in Kivistö Vantaa. Location is superb, by train 6mins to Airport,~25mins to city center. Supermarket, restaurants, coffee shops are all next door. The apartment, however, has a peaceful sight towards courtyard, away from all noises. Ruby modern studio suits family and friends travelling together as well as people on business trip. The kitchen is modern and well-equipped. 2 single beds, a comfortable sofa bed, which opens to 160*200cm for 4th guest. The space Ruby studio is a very spacious newly-built studio looking over peaceful backyard. In the studio there are 2 seperate 90cm beds, which guests could also make into a kingbed using a comfortable 180cm matress on top. There is also a sofa, which can be extended into a double bed size 160*200cm Kitchen and living room share the open space as seen in many modern apartments nowadays. Kitchen is fully equipped with stove, fridge and freezer, oven-microwave combination (usage instructions found in the apartment). There are also electric waterboiler, filter coffee machine and a toaster. Kitchen utensils are also provided. Guest access The guest can use the whole apartment. Garbage recycling is at the backyard, right next to children's palyground. Garbage tubes can be opened using the keytag found in apartment. Other things to note There are a few guest parking places in the back yard (free and for 4h). More parking places can be found along the roads ( 07-19 with charges, max. 4h, other time free of charge). There is also a big parking at crossroad of Ruusukvartsinkatu and Timanttikuja, only 200m from the apartment for 5€/24h - paid with Easypark or Taskuparkki app) Doorbell with kamera allows you to contact us for door opening remotely
