The space Private furnished one room with a shared washroom. This room is located in the 2 Bedroom with a separate entrance at the side driveway of the house. Free street parking is available. The space are spacious, clean and tidy, with a shared bathroom With plenty of natural light and a very quiet and family friendly neighborhood. Each room is equipped with a twin-size bed, a desk and a chair. There is a small dining area with a Table and 2 chairs. living room area with sofa ,and smart TV The unit includes a Fridge, Microwave, Ceramic Cook top stove. Rice cooker, electric kettle, pots, dishes , glasses, mugs, Tea cups, cutlery items, sandwich maker and high speed Internet / WiFi is also included. Guest access fully independent, the only common area in the lower level is if you choose to use our laundry facilities. Other things to note The room is located lower level. The ceilings in the lower level are 6'2” (6’10” but there are a couple spots in the area where bulkheads are located that they are slightly lower. For the most part, they’re out of the way and close to the walls, just be mindful of where they’re located while visiting. Please no pets, no parties or smoking anywhere on or near the property whatsoever. Also we appreciate you adhering to the check in and out schedule so there is adequate time to clean using Airbnb's new enhanced cleaning protocols between guests. NOTE. The apartment is in the lower level. AIRBNB guest upstairs . they are very respectful about your stay and limit the noise (the ceiling is insulated). But as you are in a house with others, you will hear some noise and different times of the day. Please be mindful that this is a residential area and many of our neighbor's have small children. No loud music or too much noise It is quiet after 10pm. Please respect other Airbnb guest upstairs : Whether you're coming for a weekend visit or staying longer term, I look forward to hosting you! There are 3 Garbage bins . 1 Green bin and 1 Black bin and 1 Big Blue bin for recycling that would be shared with the other Guests.
