Idyllic child-friendly house in rural surroundings

Large child-friendly detached house in rural surroundings. Walking distance to the city center, about 20 min. Straight out from the living room there is access to the veranda (which you can close off for toddlers). Barbecue, dining area and lounge on the patio. Fenced garden with playground/swing. 4 bedrooms (2 double beds and 2 single beds). By agreement, we can possibly put a single bed in one of the children's bedrooms. There is a cat living in the house. Mainly looking for families with children/quiet people. No parties/events.
