Ask about extended stay discounts. Longer-term stays require biweekly cleaning paid at guests' expense. Special instructions will be given. The space Total of 2 bedrooms, but 3 beds. The 3rd bed is a Full, located in a "nook" of the home, in the second floor. This bed does not have the privacy of a full bedroom, but does offer an extra sleeping space. We can house a total of 6 guests upstairs in the beds, and also 2 extra guests in our basement den on an air mattress (for a total of 8 guests). Other things to note Stays of 3 weeks or longer are required to have a bi-weekly cleaning (weekly if with pets), billed to guest.
