Beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, and beach towels are available for use. COMMUNITY AMENITIES: -Solar-heated saltwater pool with Tiki huts, tables & chairs, and lounge chairs. No lifeguard on duty. -Outdoor shower -Picnic tables with sunrise views of the intracoastal waterway -Charcoal Grill (must provide own charcoal) -Gas Grill available for a small fee to the HOA -Fishing pier w/water and electricity -Kayak launch and storage -Community bike rack -On-site coin operated laundry. There is a Beach Trolley (small fee) available for travel all along Gulf Blvd as well as Free Beach Ride (tips are expected) for on demand shuttle service. Guest access -Keyless entry code provided prior to arrival -One reserved parking space in front of condo. Guest pass must be in vehicle at all times to avoid towing at your own expense. If lost, there is a $35 replacement fee.
