The Thai-style villa is located only 700 hundred meters from Surin beach with unique restaurants, massages, and many conveniences close by. The estate is surrounded by plants and quiet. Many five-star hotels, resorts, luxury properties, and beautiful sandy beaches are also within a short distance. The Villa is ideal for groups, family fun, relaxing, or enjoying Phuket. The space The Villa is designed for family and friends to enjoy their time together but still have room to be independent surrounded by nature. Inclusive Utilities: No extra fees for electricity, water, or Wi-Fi—everything is included in your stay. Free Cleaning: Daily cleaning provided and sheets are changed every three days. If you need earlier than three days, please let us know. Free Drinking Water: With our eco-save environmental concern, we do not provide water bottles in plastic, we do provide glass bottles/jars with free drinking water dispenser. If you prefer to have plastic bottles, please ask our staff to buy on your behalf. The first breakfast after arrival is included in the price. Additional meals are available as an option by our in-house full-time chef. Guest access Our guests have full access to the entire including all amenities such as kitchenware and a BBQ grill. Villa which comes with a full time live in chef and maid. The infinity pool on the main floor, pool table and exercise area on the second floor are all available for use 24 hours. Electricity, water, coffee, and tea are all included in your total stay. Our chef is available to cook for you at an additional fee. Please let us know ahead of time. The villa is located in a gated community with 24-hour security. Other things to note 1. Water and electricity included in rental rate 2. Welcome drink and fresh tropical fruit on arrival; 3. BBQ grill, baby cot, and high chair are available; 4. Cleaning is everyday, towels and bed sheets changed every 3 nights; 5. Smoking not allowed in the rooms, only outside; and we will charge for extra cleaning if you smoke inside. 6. Staffs working hours are from 8:00-17:00, please let us know in advance if you need different times. 7. Check-in time 15:00, check-out time 11:00, early check-in and late check-out depends on availability and may result in extra charge. 8. If organizing a party with outside guests, there is an additional cost and must be agreed with us ahead of time.
