The space This stylish studio is located on a shared lot with a separate Tiny Home—each with its own private entrance and assigned parking for your convenience. You’ll have your entire studio to yourself, including a comfy king-size bed, a spacious walk-in closet, and a kitchenette for easy meals. The only shared space is the backyard lounge, a shaded area with patio furniture—perfect for relaxing with your morning coffee or unwinding after a day of exploring Tampa. Whether you’re here for a quick getaway or a longer stay, this space offers the perfect balance of privacy, comfort, and location. Once parked, follow the private driveway to the right, then your entrance is marked as Unit C. For your convenience, the unit is equipped with a smart lock, making check-in and access simple and secure. Enjoy full privacy with your own dedicated entry and no shared interior spaces. Other things to note For your peace of mind, there are three security cameras on the property—both located outside and facing common areas. And the other one facing the entrance on the other part of the house. There are no cameras inside the studio or any private spaces. Your parking spot is private and assigned, two cars are allowed one in front of the other, please note that someone may park next to you, so that space is not available for use. There is a main house on the property with a full-time resident, and the backyard is shared, though it sees very little foot traffic. You might occasionally see someone passing through. We’re pet-friendly, but for safety and courtesy, dogs must be kept on a leash in the shared backyard. There’s a chance they may encounter another guest’s pet, so we ask for extra care and supervision. The fence near the parking area stays open to allow easy access for all guests and residents coming and going.
