On the first level you will find a large eat-in kitchen, living room, bathroom with tub/shower combo & single vanity, queen bedroom, and game room/workspace area with queen sleeper sofa. There is also a laundry room with full size washer/dryer. Second level has a queen bedroom, as well as a bedroom with two twin beds, and large bathroom with dual vanity & walk-in shower. TV's are located in the sleeper sofa room, living room, and upstairs queen bedroom with Roku service. Outside provides a deck with outdoor dining, charcoal grill, patio with fire pit, a hammock, and a small creek at the back of the property. The large level backyard is a great place to play badminton, corn hole, or croquet. Free off street parking is also included which will accommodate 4 midsize vehicles. Other things to note There are trains tracks located about a block and a half from the property with a varying train schedule. Also, please use caution and watch your footing when going down the bank to the creek.
