It is a place ideal for families looking to spend their time away from towns. The Park is surrounded by countryside, has river edge and local pub just a 3 minute walk away. The space On arrival you will find comfortable sofas in the lovely bright living area with TV, a dining area in kitchen with main appliances including a hob, kettle, toaster & microwave. Teas, coffee, sugar, honey, jams are all provided. A high chair is available for one child. The master bedroom has a comfy double bed, wardrobe, tv and an ensuite shower room with toilet. The second bedroom has two single beds, dressing table and a wardrobe. A toddler bed guard is available. There is a separate toilet in corridor for your use as well. All bedding, towels and tea towels, shower gel and shampoo are provided. Comfortable pull out sofa-bed in the living room is great solution for bigger families. Additional fold up single bed available for bigger families. Guest access You will have full sole access to the caravan. The caravan does not have suitable disabled access. Access to fishing on river Trent within fishing season. Make sure you have bought your licence! Other things to note House rules: Unregistered guests NOT allowed!!! Only registered guests will receive bedding liners. Only house-trained pets will be allowed. Please do not let them sleep on beds or sofas! If you want them sitting by you on the sofa,please use your own pet blanket instead! Pets will not be allowed to be left in the caravan alone. Do not smoke inside the caravan,please! Use the sundeck and the provided ash try to dispose cigarettes responsibly. Caravan park administration rules: All dogs must be kept on a lead all the time whilst on the park. Barking must be controlled. Please clean up after your dog! Dogs who become a nuisance or could pose a risk of injury to other Park users, must be removed from the Park. No parties allowed. Please respect other guests of the park and keep your voices down. No drugs allowed in the caravan or on the site. No fireworks or open fires allowed. BBQ’s are allowed as long as used with care and the area is kept clean and tidy. Please bear in mind that there is no shop in the village. The nearest shop is in the village of Rampton around a 10 minutes drive away. Bigger choice of shop is at the Co-op in Tuxford, a 15 minute drive away.
