The space The entrance is stair access only so unfortunately it is not wheel chair accessible. Once you are up the stairs to the unit it is all one single level. The Kitchen is large with plenty of cabinet and counter spaces. It features granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances such as a microwave, stove, oven, dishwasher, double sink, refrigerator, freezer with and ice maker and filtered water. The kitchen is fully furnished with complete sets of cookware, flatware, dishes, glassware, toaster, coffee maker, etc. The dining room is connected to the kitchen and features a white would backdrop wall with a chandelier. It opens up to the living room with a cozy sectional couch, flat screen TV with Amazon Fire TV remote, and an electric fire place that has the option to turn on heat for some cozy cooler nights. Also provided is a secure high speed wi-fi, nest thermostat to control the temperature, and security system. The entrance has a private patio perfect for enjoying your morning coffee, sitting in the warm sun and listening to the birds chirp. This property is right next to Peter's Canyon park which offers great hiking trails. It is also walking distance to a shopping center with a large Albertson's grocery store which has an in store Starbucks. In this shopping center there is also a Well's Fargo, gas station, retail stores and restaurants, and CJ's coffee house which is a popular neighborhood favorite. You are also within a short 15-20 minute drive or less to Disneyland, the beach, major shopping, dining and entertainment centers such as Tustin Marketplace, MainPlace Mall, South Coast Plaza and Irvine Spectrum.
