Sky Lounge and Sky pool are exclusive to levels 45 and above in this building, which you have access for as your are on level 57. Guest access The apartment is self-service and self-contained and comes with crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils, iron and board, microwave/oven/dishwasher/washing machine/dryer, bed linen, towels etc. : - 2 set of keys and a garage buzzer (if coming with a Car, by prior arrangement) - Key collection is just around the corner - Car park (1 spot comes free of charge with your booking) - The facilities are second to none - Pool, Spa, Sauna, Steam room both on level 9 and level 67 - Outdoor BBQ's, - Access to the Sky lounge with 360° views over the city and bay from the 67th level. Sky Lounge and Sky pool are exclusive to levels 45 and above in this building, you are level 52. Other things to note EARLY CHECK-IN: We completely understand the inconvenience of arriving early and waiting until the standard 2:00pm check-in time. While we do our best to accommodate early check-ins, they cannot always be guaranteed. If available, early check-in is charged at $40 per hour before 2:00pm. Please note that the previous guest checks out at 10:00 AM, and the apartment must be cleaned and prepared before your arrival. There’s also a bag drop service at the key collection point just around the corner, which can be a convenient option if you simply wish to drop your bags and collect the keys later at 2:00pm. We also offer late check-out (subject to availability) at the same rate of $40 per hour. If we’re able to accommodate your early arrival or late departure, we’d be grateful if you could mention it in your review—it helps others know we go the extra mile! SPLIT BEDS: One of the things that makes us unique is our flexible bed configuration options. Our standard setup is listed in your welcome message. If you'd like any additional split beds, there's a $20 charge per bedroom to cover additional linen and labour costs. Please advise it at least 72-hours before arrival time so we can arrange it. While we try to be flexible with last-minute changes, we aren’t a hotel with on-site staff—our housekeeping team visits each apartment individually, so advance notice is the key.
