The Ave House has been thoughtfully renovated, designed, and equipped for even the most discerning of guests. Bedroom 1 and 2 both have King beds, memory foam mattresses, ceiling fans, plenty of storage and smart TVs for you to stream your favorite apps using your own accounts. Bedroom 1 comes with a garden view while bedroom 2 comes with a pool and backyard view. Bedroom 3 comes with a twin bed memory foam mattress for a fifth guest and doubles as a quiet workspace with a garden view. The well-lit bathroom has plenty of storage and comes with all the necessary toiletries to make one feel at home. Whip up all your favorite meals in the fully equipped kitchen then dine in the adjoining cozy dining room or outdoors in the spacious screened outdoor patio. Both these areas have TVs to stream using your preferred apps and your own accounts. Spend the rest of the afternoon lazing around the pool soaking up the sun on one of 4 loungers in your private oasis. The pool is heated during the cooler months and as directed by outdoor temperatures. Please note that a heated pool is not the same as a jacuzzi tub. If you would rather go to the beach just a short 10-minute drive away, then beach towels, beach chairs with umbrellas are provided for such a venture.
