Along with a large balcony and private entrance, the studio boasts high ceilings and tons of natural light. After a full day enjoying music at ACL, you can retreat back to recuperate and relax in your own private space with all its comforts of home. Or better yet, enjoy the included access to the soothing hot tub and swimming pool in the home's lush back yard. The space The studio hosts a queen sleigh bed with comfy linens and extra pillows, a seating area w/leather couch & coffee table and a full spa-like bathroom w/a glass door shower & a clawfoot tub great for soaking. A kitchenette/dining area & walk in closet with hangers completes the studio space. Two sets of french doors lead to the private outdoor eating and lounging area located on the balcony. Guest access Our guests will enjoy the private upstairs studio apartment with it's own private entrance. Also available for our shared enjoyment are the swimming pool, hot tub, fire pit and travertine deck located in our lovely backyard. Other things to note Only registered guests are allowed to use the premises. — The owners live on-site downstairs in the main house. — Safety and accessibility concerns to be aware of before booking your stay: this rental unit is located on the second floor above a garage. Access to the unit is up a flight of stairs. — Street parking is available only directly in front of the property. — Some minimal noise associated with opening/closing the garage door to be expected
