Cozy maisonette apartment

The approx. 28 m² Atelier Galerie Blau has been converted into a cozy duplex-style apartment with a separate entrance and small garden terrace. In the upper area is the sleeping and working level with a double bed of 180 x 200 m. On the ground floor is the dining area with a kitchenette and a sofa, which can be folded out into a sofa bed if needed. Right next to it is the small shower room. A washing machine is also at your disposal. The space On the ground floor, there is both the living area and a couch which can be folded out if needed. Everything is furnished with love and you actually have everything you could ever need. We ourselves live in the main house with separate entrance and are always happy to help if there are any questions. Accordingly, the duplex apartment is not accessible. Guest access Either someone is on site and receives you or a key is stored. But we always try to be here to show you everything in peace and to answer any questions. Other things to note There is direct access to a private garden/patio area. This is protected from view, but not fenced separately from the main garden of the house. Dogs are always very welcome here.
