Relax at Yellow Mellow, a cozy home in a quiet neighborhood. Just a short drive to Pittsburgh (18 miles), Cranberry (12 miles), Sewickley (5 miles) and I-79. This older home has charm and character. Three bedrooms and two baths provide space to spread out. Dining room with seating allows for family meals with fully equipped kitchen. Rest and recharge from the porch swing, or relax in the fenced in yard with fire pit and covered patio. The space The property sits in a quiet neighborhood on a dead-end street. The house layout resembles a Cape Cod, with two bedrooms (Queen beds, one with tv) and walk-in closet upstairs. Main level includes living room, dining room, kitchen, full bath and bedroom (full bed, television). Finished basement offers laundry, additional bathroom (shower) and air hockey table for your enjoyment. Guest access The entire space is yours to use during your stay. Other things to note We welcome and encourage pets as guests in our home, however; we have found that our furry friends can incur additional cleaning needs. While we do not charge a pet fee, if excessive pet hair is found on furniture or bedding, an additional fee of $75 will be assessed to the guest as this adds extra work to our cleaner’s schedule.
