Internet, Electricity, Tv, Road Conditions, Snow, Ice etc. cannot be guaranteed if there is a problem with the provider. The reservation must match the amount of guest at any time. We are a PET-FRIENDLY rental and charge a minimal pet fee. However, please note that if there is excessive pet hair left on our linens, an automatic $100 fee will be applied. We recommend not allowing your pets on the furniture or bedding. If the comforter and linens are covered in pet hair, they might need to be thrown out completely. We will do everything, we can to assist you so that this is not an issue. Responsible pet owners should have no problems—we travel everywhere with our lab! No Exterior Loud Noise and No Gatherings or Parties of any kind, and no non-registered guests should be one the property at any time. The reservation must match the amount of guest at any time.
