The space Once you enter the gate from River Oaks Road the gravel road leads to the front yard and walkway and also around to the carport. There you will find the house, back yard and pool. The back yard is surrounded with deer proof fencing. The remaining property totals 11 acres with a fenced perimeter that is not deer proof so it is common to see deer and other wildlife roaming about. Guest access Feel free to explore the 11 acre property but be aware that you may encounter common hill country wildlife and use caution accordingly. Other things to note The house was built and designed from the beginning for wheelchair accessibility including the deck and pool area as well as a wheelchair accessible shower in the master bathroom (separate shower chair not included).
