The space Three bedrooms, master with King bed and private bath on 2nd floor, a Queen and Full bed downstairs. Duvet and down comforters in King and Full rooms. New showers in both bathrooms. Gas log fireplace in living area with two patio doors that open to the large deck. Total privacy with nine acres to roam. Great wrap around deck with a gate that locks for dogs. Beautiful woods and a fire pit right behind house. Driveway wraps around entire house. Covered entrance behind house if raining or snowing. Never get wet! Guest access Whole house and 9 acres. The woods are incredible and walkable. Plenty of parking. Long driveway (almost 1/4 mile) to walk your dog. Covered drive behind house for access if raining or snowing. Long term renters must give owner access once a month for maintenance. Must notify owner immediately of any issues so they can be fixed. Pets additional $50 fee per month. No parties. No firearms. No hunting. Long term must sign lease agreement. Deposit equal to one month rent. 30 days cancelation notice. Other things to note *Please bring your own towels* All other linens are provided. Brand new washer and dryer in basement. If you use it, please bring your own detergent and please clean lint tray in dryer. We have cut and split firewood for the fire pit for $20.00 or you can collect as much as you want from the forest for free. Housekeeping is available for longer stays at $100 per cleaning. For long term stays of more than 1 week, housekeeping every other week is required.
