Beautiful and Cozy Studio

This modern studio has a private entrance, full kitchen with all the cooking basics and a full sized refrigerator and microwave as well as a 3/4 bathroom with a shower (NO Tub). There is a full sized futon as well as a twin sized air mattress if needed. This beautiful studio has an amazing view from the top of the hill and is within walking distance to historical downtown, Restaurants, shopping, and a ton more! *Homeowner lives on site in the house above the studio* *dog must be less than 30lbs The space The studio comes with a full size futon and aN optional twin size airbed mattress. Air mattress is in the closet and will not be set up unless requested beforehand but a guest could use it as needed. Has a fully furnished full kitchen with all cooking utensils, shared patio, Bar-B-Q and a fire pit. *Please note that the homeowner lives onsite above the studio and spaces not shown in photos will not be accessible to guests. * *dog must be less than 30lbs - DOGS ONLY; WE DO NOT ALLOW CATS DUE TO OWNER ALLERGIES. Guest access The studio has a private entrance. There is a patio and propane BBQ for quest use. Please note that the homeowner lives onsite and spaces not shown in photos will not be accessible to guests. Other things to note Please note...** While hosting our guest they will be responsible for any damages occur to the property including those caused by pet. The pet must be supervised all time **. Pets must be 30pounds or less. The guest will be responsible for any damages occur to the property by a Pet during their stay. You will receive a special locking code for your security door.
