This modern studio has a private entrance, full kitchen with all the cooking basics and a full sized refrigerator and microwave as well as a 3/4 bathroom with a shower (NO Tub). There is a full sized futon as well as a twin sized air mattress if needed. This beautiful studio has an amazing view from the top of the hill and is within walking distance to historical downtown, Restaurants, shopping, and a ton more! *Homeowner lives on site in the house above the studio* *dog must be less than 30lbs The space The studio comes with a full size futon and a twin size airbed mattress. Has a fully furnished full kitchen with all cooking utensils, shared patio, Bar-B-Q and a fire pit. *Please note that the homeowner lives onsite above the studio and spaces not shown in photos will not be accessible to guests. * *dog must be less than 30lbs - DOGS ONLY; WE DO NOT ALLOW CATS DUE TO OWNER ALLERGIES.
