Ideal for short stays, business travel, or guests who plan to spend most of their time out exploring, the suite provides everything you need for a comfortable visit. Located below the main home, you may occasionally hear light noise from upstairs, but the space remains a quiet and restful place to unwind. Just minutes from the BOK Center, Gathering Place, Cherry Street, and Utica Square, you’ll be close to everything Tulsa has to offer. Guest access Guests have private access to the basement suite through a separate entrance. The space includes a bedroom, bathroom, and kitchenette area for your stay. The suite is fully self-contained, and you will not share indoor spaces with other guests. The main home above is a separate listing and may be occupied during your stay. Other things to note SPECIFICS • The suite is located below the main home, so occasional light footstep or movement noise from upstairs may be heard • Ceiling height is slightly lower than a standard home, which is typical for basement spaces • The bathroom area is partially open (no traditional door), with a curved wall providing separation from the main space • The main home above is a separate Airbnb—guests may be seen outside, and some light noise transfer is possible • Located in a quiet residential neighborhood—please observe quiet hours (8pm–8am) • No parties, events, or unregistered guests are permitted ACCESS The upstairs deck, gazebo/hot tub, and front porch are reserved for main house guests and are not included with this suite. MOWING Mowing crews mow weekly during spring and summer season. They set their own schedule. Please be advised that they may be on your property for a quick mow during your stay. CANCELLATIONS All reservations follow the cancellation policy selected at booking. NOTE: Tulsa is notorious for spring ants and wasps. Though we spray regularly, it is not uncommon to see a few in or near your Airbnb. This is not related to cleanliness but climate/environment.
