Bannister Farm

On the historic registry in a lovely small town setting close to VIR, Berry Hill plantation, award winning dining at Molasses, brewery and restaurants in Halifax and South Boston, and a 30 minute drive to Danville or Buggs Island Lake. 150 year old original farm house beautifully decorated. but still 150 years old!! The space is a duplex, not quite half the house. It is the side to the right as you face the house. The space large rooms but do be aware there is no central air. there is a window unit downstairs and one upstairs that cool the house. it cools fast so just make sure to turn off the units when you are not in the home. We thank you for that!!! Also be aware, the bathroom is upstairs in case that would cause hardship. Guest access you have access to all rooms in the space and the yard. please do not lock the wooden front door. only the glass storm door. Other things to note the key works to the front storm door.not the wooden front door. the back door locks and unlocks from the inside.
