The resort also boasts a licensed Bar-Cafe, so be sure to check the opening hours for your convenience( opening and closing hours are limited) being opened Friday to Sunday only. The Café is independently owned. If you're in need of supplies, a general store is conveniently located next to the resort. It is strongly advisable to bring your own supplies for meal preparation. Preston Beach town site does not have any supermarkets or fast food outlets. For entertainment, the villa is stocked with a variety of options for both kids and adults, including board games, tennis equipment, basketballs, and pool toys. You'll find a beach cabana with sand mats and chairs available for your beach enjoyment. The Villa also offers complimentary WiFi and Foxtel, with the WiFi password easily accessible in the Welcome book, on the modem, or by scanning the QR code. Additionally, the resort features designated parking for boats and trailers. Other things to note The resort has a NO pet policy, NO events to be held, there's a quiet time of 10.00pm Unregistered guests are NOT allowed. Access to the Beach Villa involves a short set of steps at the front entrance and deck area. Stair access is required for the main bedroom and bathroom. Check-in time is at 3:00 pm, and check-out is scheduled for 10:00 -10.30 am. If you need a different check-in/checkout time? Just reach out and we'll do our best to help out. In the event of issues or breakages, it is crucial to promptly inform the host. Additionally it is crucial to return any removed items to avoid additional charges. After using the BBQ, please clean it with the provided products found in the BBQ cabinet. An additional $50 cleaning fee applies for an uncleaned BBQ. Please be aware that Preston Beach lacks Fast Food, Supermarkets, Bakeries, or Restaurants. The closest shopping complex is Treendale, a 30-minute drive south on the Forrest Highway, featuring major shops like Kmart and a variety of eateries. While Footprints Bar/Café serves meals, it is advisable to check their opening hours. Operating hours are limited. The neighboring general store offers essential supplies and take-away meals. Occasionally, a food truck is stationed at the beach car park. Resort management/staff is NOT responsible for any villa queries/issues during your stay.
