The space Description room by room: Entrance: The apartment is accessed via its own front door, private staircase and balcony beautifully decorated with live plants. Hallway: Airy hallway with space for shoes and outer clothing. There is also a large mirror and relief area. Bathroom: Large, fresh and modern bathroom with washing machine, dryer, sink with power outlet, toilet and large walk-in shower. The bathroom is tiled and has dimmable lighting in the ceiling for extra cozy experience. You will receive shampoo, conditioner, shower soap and hand soap. Enjoy the large terry towels after a hot shower in high water pressure. Kitchen: Modern and fully equipped with integrated appliances. Stove, microwave, oven, fridge, kettle, Nespresso machine, toaster and dishwasher. Luxury wine glasses of the Riedel brand. Large areas and windows that provide a lovely, natural, light. Living Rooms: The room has a large dining area with seating for 6 people with a view of the green courtyard. There's also a large and luxurious sofa, elegant armchair, marble table and an 83” 4K LG OLED TV with most streaming services, Apple TV 4K and Chromecast built in. The living room is equipped with a fully-loaded home theater system from SONOS that enhances your movie experience to the max with everything from rich bass to a soundbar and large surround speakers that support full-scale Dolby ATMOS (sound also from above) - the system is 9.2.4. Corresponding to a cinema experience in sound and display quality. Patio/Balcony: Patio with possibility for sunbathing, dining area and gas grill (may only be used if agreed with the host in good time before arrival - otherwise closed). Here you can easily sit 4-6 people and enjoy at the table. There is also lighting and power outlets. Bedrooms: The bedroom is a master bedroom with a comfortable double bed. You sleep comfortably on two large, fluffy hotel pillows (75 x 50 cm) in luxurious hotel bed linen made of satin-woven cotton with long fibers and a thread density of 500! Nightstand, wireless MagSafe charging and electrical outlets for charging phones, as well as designer lamps on each side of the bed. There is also a 65” 4K LG OLED TV with most streaming services, Apple TV 4K and built-in Chromecast. In addition to this, there is a SONOS surround system (large soundbar + 2 surround speakers) that automatically starts when using the TV but can also play music via WIFI. Adjacent to the bedroom there is a large closet where you get your own closet area with room for hanging and drawers. Other closet parts are private and closed. Other: • Removable AC can be borrowed upon request for a fee that covers increased electricity consumption. This is not in the apartment as standard. Let us know in good time for your visit if you wish to use AC. Guest access Check-in via locked box is available on days the host is not on site to meet the guest. Note that the apartment is a private residence and that only certain cabinets may be used, it is clear which cabinets are locked. (One room will be locked, which is the host's private room.) Other things to note This apartment offers significantly more for the money than hotels in Västerås. The apartment is filled with live plants, both indoors and outdoors, to create a homey and lively atmosphere. As a host, I care about this and kindly ask you to water the plants during your stay, especially the outdoor ones when it is hot and sunny, so that the next guest can also experience the green and lively atmosphere. Garage parking with electric car charging is available (SEK 120 per day started + SEK 6.5/kWh). There are also parking facilities on the street (free 6:00 pm - 9:00 am and Sundays) and on a nearby farm (free 5:00 pm - 6:00 am weekdays and free on weekends). The balcony is a lovely place to relax, but because it is exposed to weather and bird visits, it may not always be completely clean. We do our best to keep it fresh, but please be aware that the forces of nature sometimes make themselves felt. The accommodation can be adapted to accommodate up to 5 guests. 2 in the bedroom, 1 on the sofa and 2 on separate mattresses. In the bedroom, all bed linens and towels are extra luxurious and selected for your comfort, other guests get their own premium bed linens and towels.
