Country Setting in Concord!

Enjoy country life and yet be close to downtown. My home is located on property once part of the Carter Hill Orchard yet near both highways 89 and 93. Guests are treated to a comfortable private bedroom with a queen size bed and private bathroom. The room is equipped with a new Mitzubishi mini-split unit for heat and airconditioning powered by solar energy. The space Come and stay in a private bedroom in our cape styled home. We are six miles to downtown Concord for dining, the Capitol Center for the Arts, Red River Theater, Franklin Pierce Law School and St. Paul's School. We are perfectly situated for year round outdoor activities. Snowshoeing, cross country skiing and hiking are all available out the back door. We are 30 minutes to Pat's Peak for downhill skiing, tubing and snowboarding. You can rent a canoe or kayak nearby. The White Mountains or Lakes Region are just an hour away. Guest access You will enjoy your private room with lock and key. Come and go as you please. You can fix yourself a simple breakfast in the morning and enjoy our gardens, deck and lovely sitting areas. We have wifi and Netflix. You are welcome to use the laundry and iron. During your stay We live here and are happy to visit with guests or give guests all the space they need. Other things to note There is offstreet space for parking. Be aware I have a large, friendly dog.
