You'll have the whole house to yourself! The door to the basement is locked and you do not have access. One of the hosts (Ripple) shares the backyard and enters the basement sometimes from a separate entrance. They have lots of recommendations for the area, feel free to ask them! I'll be around, but won't be in your space! Its a goregous walk :). And we're about a 10 min drive to the Foundry, Conference center, Aquarium, City Museum, Soccer stadium, everything downtown.
