Prime location house w/pool 7 mins from Universal

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. This house is located in a charming quite neighborhood. It is close to everything: 7 minutes from Universal Studios, 15 Mins from Hollywood, 20 mins to Magic Mountains. Large gated pool, large master bedroom with shower & tub with jets (jacuzzi) walk in closet. It has everything you need and more: washer/dryer, kitchen appliances, pots/pans, utensils etc.. you will fall in love with this house! The space Large master bedroom with shower and jacuzzi, walk in closet and sitting area. There are 3 steps from the living room to the master bedroom - please watch your steps. There’s exit to the pool from the master bedroom. Bedroom 2: queen bed, has a door to exit to pool area. Bedroom 3: queen bed Bedroom 4: queen bed Large gated pool. Dining area with wood table, four chairs and a bench. Kitchen has pots and pans, plates, cups, etc… There are towels for shower and for the pool. Sheets, pillows & blankets for each bed. There are surveillance cameras surrounding the house, facing outside, for safety reasons. There are no indoor cameras. One camera in the front of the house, one camera in the back of the house (pool area) Guest access Entire house and pool area Other things to note PARTIES ARE NOT ALLOWED!! SMOKING INSIDE THE HOUSE IS NOT ALLOWED LOUD MUSIC IS NOT ALLOWED There are neighbors around, i need to make sure they are not bothered by my guests. The pool and spa are being cleaned prior to your stay. When it’s windy the pool and spa might get dirty again. Unfortunately, we can’t control the weather and won’t be able to clean the pool again.
