Please do not drive vehicles on the grass and park near the garage. Other things to note *Must be 25 years of age or older to book. *Pets are permitted. We do have a pet fee of $100 for the first 2 pets and $50 for each additional pet to cover additional cleaning and maintenance. Unfortunately, we can't allow cats due to allergies. *The nightly rate includes up to 6 guests. For each additional guest, there is a fee of $50 per person, per night. Please, add the correct number of guests before booking to reflect this fee in the total price. *Please be aware there is a surveillance camera facing the driveway for guest safety. NO internal spaces are under surveillance. *Winter conditions from November to March can be unpredictable, with possible snow and ice. Please bring warm clothing, proper footwear, and a vehicle suited for winter conditions (e.g., snow tires or all-wheel drive) to ensure you're prepared for the weather.
