Cozy waterfront cottage on Lime Lake

Relaxation meets waterfront in this cozy cottage nestled on the shore of Lime Lake. Whether you want to kayak the lake, sun bathe on the dock or roast marshmallows under the stars we got you covered. Our 3 bedroom cottage is centrally located between Traverse City and Glen Arbor making this the perfect spot to explore the north! The space The home is a ranch style with a walk out basement to the water. The main floor includes the kitchen, living room, dining room and two queen bedrooms. The door of one of the queen bedrooms is a barndoor. The full bathroom is also located inside the queen bedroom. The second queen bedroom is a closed door that faces the water front. Each room has a closet and dresser to store belongings. Down the basement you will find washer, dryer, king bedroom, half bath, living area with games and a desk for remote work as well as 3 season room with chairs and ping pong. The 3 season room has a door that exits to the outside Outside you will find propane grill, 2 kayaks, paddleboard, dock and bonfire pit for use. Guest access There is a keypad system with a specified code to enter that will be assigned to the guest prior to check in. The entire property will be theirs to use during the stay Other things to note Its important to note: The only bathroom on the main floor is located in the queen bedroom, the entry way to that room is large and you can access that room using a barn door. There is an additional 1/2 bath downstairs as well. The home is cooled through a mini-split ductless system There is second 1 bedroom cabin on the property that can be booked by contacting the host
