Basic house 15 minutes from the beach by car

Don't visit Huatulco! Live in Huatulco. This property is located on the second floor in a sector where locals live. Everything is close by, taxis on the main street as well as grocery stores, small diners, walking (20 min) to Chahué Bay and downtown, the Chedraui supermarket, the Soriana supermarket, ATMs, etc. ALL beaches are a maximum 17-minute drive away. The airport only 20 min away driving. ****- PARKING FOR A SMALL CAR (SEE PHOTO) The space Huatulco is a paradise of beaches with crystal clear waters, sands of different textures and lush vegetation.... And what better place to rest at the end of a day at the beach than this two-story house... On the ground floor is the kitchen with the basics for cooking , dining room, floor fan and a full bathroom. On the second floor, go up the spiral staircase (narrow). With an outside entrance, you'll find the room with two twin beds, a double bed, a closet, air conditioning, and a full bathroom. The area is where the locals live, between pedestrian walkways, where there is no vehicular traffic, and just a few blocks away you will find grocery stores, a tortilleria, a butcher shop, a produce stand, parks, children's playgrounds, soccer fields, and taxis are always passing by on the main street at all hours. BAHIAS DE HUATULCO IS ONE OF THE SAFEST DESTINATIONS IN THE COUNTRY; the entire area is very safe. ***NOT SUITABLE FOR CHILDREN UNDER 6 YEARS OF AGE AND SENIORS The parking space is for a car the size of a Volkswagen; the parking lot is only for small cars. The property is located between sidewalks; it is NOT possible to park on the sidewalk, only in the parking lot. Otherwise, you would have to leave your car about 3 blocks down from the property. The entire area is very safe. - NO LIVING ROOM - NO WATER HEATER / NO HOT WATER - CLEANING FEE IS FOR THE COSTS OF CLEANING YOUR DEPARTURE - In Huatulco and around we suffer from drinking water shortage.
