This home is perfect for groups of 6 adults with the added flexibility of being able to rent the basement apartment as well, comfortably sleeping an additional 4 adults. While all comfortability considerations have been meticulously thought out, it’s important to respect the 10 PM quiet time for the comfort of all guests. Guest access You will have private access to 2 driveway parking stalls (left hand side of the driveway as the right hand side is for basement tenants) complete with an electric outlet as well as 1 large heated garage parking stall. The patio seating area, bbq, and backyard are private along with the entire top floor of the house Basement guests have their own side private entrance and bbq Other things to note I’m committed to making your stay as comfortable as possible. If there’s anything you need that I may have missed, please don’t hesitate to let me know ahead of your arrival—I’d be happy to provide it, and it could help future guests as well! • Coffee & Tea: The apartment is stocked with a variety of coffee and tea options to suit your preferences. • Essentials & Extras: Cleaning supplies, garbage and recycling bags, laundry and dishwasher detergent, dryer sheets, and extra towels are readily available for your convenience. • Sofa Beds: Both couches in the living room fold down into firm, full-size beds. For added comfort, “bed-in-a-bag” linens and 2-inch foam mattress toppers are provided. • Dining Options: While there are no SkipTheDishes drivers in the area, several local restaurants offer delivery, including my favorite—Rojo Marron Mexican Restaurant—as well as pizza and Chinese food.
