Other things to note Please note, while we do enjoy hosting your pet on our property, the type allowed is at our discretion and there will be a charge of $65.00 per pet before Airbnb's taxes and fees. *** Roofdeck: We do not allow people on the roofdeck after 9pm due to potential for neighbor disturbances. This is monitored closely and will be enforced. If we receive a neighbor complaint due to people on the roofdeck after this time, regulations require us to evict you without refund. - There is no cable, it is fully equipped with streaming options however. - The 5th bedroom doubles as a 2nd living room / entertainment space. - We do not permit 16 adults.The maximum is 14 adults and 2 children. - No parties or events permitted under any circumstance - No pets please - Fireplace decorative only - not operational If you, your group, or reservation details are comprised of one or more of the following, we kindly ask that you send a property inquiry PRIOR TO BOOKING to avoid cancelation.
