The first floor consists of a kitchen/laundry room as well as a living/dining room and has a 1.40 m pull-out sofa bed. The second floor consists of a bedroom with two beds as well as a bathroom with shower and toilet. The apartment is on the first floor at ground level to the large parking lot/courtyard and has its own entrance. The house is located in a quiet part of Gaggenau without public transport connections. The space IMPORTANT: The apartment is an independent area in a single-family house. In the hallway of the apartment is the basement exit of the house, the house electricity in the area of the kitchen as well as the washing machine of the house owner. These areas (hallway, washer/dryer and basement exit) are therefore shared with the host! Please make your request with the number of people and the purpose of the rental.
