La Casita de la Vieja Sirena is just a short walk to the beach, without having to cross any streets. Newly renovated, it has AC, fiber Wi-Fi, a mini pool, a terrace, new beds, and the double bed is king size. It is a quiet beach area, close to restaurants, supermarkets and other services. The beach is pebbled to the sea's edge, then it's sand. Very close walking and by car there are beaches totally of sand. (single bed €12.10 and double bed €18.15) In the house you will find olive oil, salt, coffee, toilet paper, shampoo, hand gel, shower gel, cleaning material and garbage bags as a courtesy for the first few days. We also leave a gas cylinder for the barbecue but we are not responsible for containing the necessary gas, they are exchanged for a full one at the Repsol gas stations (costs about €16) The space to park inside the house is for a normal car in size and height. Very large or very low cars cannot enter, there is a step by the rains. The pool is small and white, needs basic daily care that you will need to take care of as instructed in the house manual. As the house is on the beach the area pest control technician periodically checks the outside entrance and the arqueta, only has outside door key. The casita is in a very quiet area although being a residential area occasionally there may be some noise from the waves of the sea, gardening or repairs or neighbors.
