Cosy quiet room upstairs at the back of the house . Friendly, clean and fun house. Our home is located only 3km from Dublin in a mature suburb. Excellent bus and train service within a couple of minutes. Great walks by the sea or in St Anne's Park formally owned by the Guinness family. Great restaurant and coffees shops. Only 15 - 20 minutes to the airport and major sporting and concerts venues within 4.5km. Great history in the area. Small garden with some fruits, herbs n veggies The space Our home is an early 1900's period home with most of the original features still in place. In total there are four bedrooms including converted attic. It was renovated a few years ago and is cute, airy, lots of natural light and a great space to unwind with book and/or a glass of wine or beer. Guest access Kitchen, dining room and living room available to use. Also a small back garden with lots of fruit, veggies and herbs available to use Other things to note Dublin is a good city to cycle around and one of the best cycle paths is at the end of the street only 100 m away which if going east it goes for 8km towards Howth or west towards town with great dedicated bike path to centre of Dublin. Very well serviced by public transport
