English Tudor home sits on almost 3 acres in subdivision type setting. Home is about 15 minutes from VT and about 20 minutes from RU. Although home has country feel, the neighborhood offers paved roads for walking and enjoying mountain views, deck, fire pit, and a "swurfer" swing provide a relaxing and fun backyard experience. Often property is shared with Guest Cottage right next door! Near the New River, McCoy Falls, tubing, kayaking and fishing are less than 5 minutes away. Pet fee required. The space Home offers 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, as well as pullout couch in living room (with door) to relax and sleep. Linens and towels are included for sleeping up to 10. Master has queen bed with attached full bath. Second room has a Queen bed. Third room has a Queen bed. Fourth room has 2 twins. Pull out couch in living room adds sleeping for another 2. There is a fully equipped kitchen with bar table and seating for 2 as well as separate dining area with seating for 8. Both areas have big windows overlooking wooded yard. Separate living and family areas offer two spaces for guest to retreat. Back deck is great for grilling and relaxing. There is a large picnic area for additional seating as well as a surfer swing, and fire pit. Yard is often shared with guests at Guest House next door! Washer and dryer are available for use. WiFi available/included. Price includes 2 guests. There is a $30 charge, per night, for each additional overnight guest. Also a $25 charge for use of the INDOOR wood stove and firewood. If you put in the correct amount of guests at booking it should display the correct price. Pets are allowed per basis, please contact Amanda for request/details. Neighboring guesthouse has a hot tub that is designated for the guest house, not the main house. We would love for you to stay there sometime as well! Guest access Guests have access to main house, deck and yard. However please do not touch belongings in the garage. Also please be mindful and considerate of other guests who may be at the “Guest House” next door. Other things to note 3 Rolls of Toilet paper are included for guests. Linens, towels, soap, dishwashing detergent, shampoo and conditioner are also provided. If your party will be using more than alloted. please plan to supply your own. There is a minimum $50 fee per pet and possible additional charges depending on stay. l also ask that pets stay downstairs and off of the furniture! Please confirm this will work for you.
