Casa de La Paz Jardín is a delightful garden apartment set among plants and trees in the very heart of San Pancho. This hidden gem is close to shops & restaurants and only 3 blocks away from the beach! Features include: - A/C throughout the house - fast fibre-optic wifi - large open plan living area - fully equipped kitchen - huge outdoor patio with pool, sunloungers, chairs & tables (the common area) - private shaded dining terrace. The perfect place to relax and unwind in paradise! The space - 2 large bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with 2 x double / matrimonial beds - double / matrimonial size sofa bed that has a separate individual size roll-out bed underneath (located in a common space but separated from the main living area) - 2 bathrooms Guest access Guests have full and exclusive access to the whole apartment - there are no shared spaces with other guests or neighbours inside the apartment. The outdoor patio and pool are common areas and shared with any other guests who may be staying at Casita de la Paz (the studio above the garage) or Palapa de la Paz (the second floor apartment upstairs). Other things to note 1) There is space for 1 small / medium size guest vehicle in the garage or on the street in front of the house. 2) The house has two fibre-optic wifi services provided by different companies. So if one goes down, there is a separate back-up service available with the same speeds. 3) Occasionally there are electricity outages but these are usually rare and brief (from just seconds to a few hours) and typically only during major storms or prolonged heavy rain. 4) Please note that 2 cats live on the property for parts of the year. They are quite independent and come and go throughout the property, so they may sneak in for some attention from time to time! 5) A reminder that San Pancho has a tropical climate and is very close to wild bush and jungle. Being so close to nature is of course a blessing, but this also means that we share the space with all living creatures for whom it is also home. Depending on the season, this might include mosquitos, lizards (several magnificent iguanas live next door), roosters and other birds, ants and other insects such as scorpions (although these are very rare) and beetles etc. The cats help a lot of course(!) but we recommend that you bring repellent (especially in the summer), earplugs if you’re sensitive to noise (eg roosters), and do not leave organic matter out anywhere - for ants and other little critters will surely find it!
