This beautifully maintained neighborhood is family friendly offering multiple private parks, dog park, walking trails, basketball courts, fishing reservoir etc. Just minutes away from exploring the Rocky Mountains, Red Rocks, Colorado National Golf TCP, shopping plus much more! The space The master suite is more than roomy, offering an adjustable king tempur-pedic, separate sitting area w/ desk, private walk out deck and is equipped with a bathroom wing w/ a separate shower, giant soaking tub, his/hers sinks and a private enclosed bathroom. The other 2 larger bedrooms offering a jack and jill his/hers sinks and a separate private enclosed full shower/ bathroom. The main floor is an open concept design. Which includes a living room, separate family room, 1/2 bath, granite counters, island kitchen, a full length dining room, stainless appliances, hardwood floor throughout home, walk out deck w/ grill, patio table and sitting area etc. We are a family of 3 whom travels often. When we are home we reside in a separate apartment. Entrances and exits are also separate. Our goal is for you to have an awesome experience and to create memories!! NOTE: Smoking is allowed outdoors only. Guest access Our guests have full access minus a closet, some personal items and a 4th bedroom. Should your party require a 4th bedroom please contact us.
