3 bedroom 2 bath Saratoga Lake Waterfront – 20 ft from the water's edge! Awe-inspiring views and location - enjoy lake living at its best! Short distance to the horse track & Downtown Saratoga Springs! The space This beautiful property is located at the water’s edge. Guests will be renting the 3rd floor penthouse condo unit with a large loft, beautiful finishes and a deck (with propane grill) overlooking scenic Saratoga Lake! Complimentary WiFi is also available for use. Please note that the property is limited to a maximum of 8 guests until further notice. If you wish to have additional sleeping accommodations, you can book the 1st and/or 2nd floor units. You will need to book each property directly online but we’ll be available if you have questions. Property Features: • 3 bedrooms 2 full baths, sleeps up to 12 (3 queen beds and the following convertible sofas: 1 queen, 1 full, 2 singles) • Open floor plan that takes advantage of the incredible Saratoga Lake views. The location allows you to enjoy gorgeous sunrises and sunsets. • The property is less than 20 steps from the water’s edge. Enjoy swimming, boating, water skiing, jet skiing, sailing, wind surfing, fishing, diving or simply relaxing and enjoying the views! You’ll have access to the 160 ft long dock (during the boating season) so bring your boat, kayak, canoe, sailboat and fishing poles! • Many properties near Saratoga Lake are located so that you have to walk across the road (such as 9P) to enjoy the lake. Check with the property owners before you reserve those properties. Our property is on the lake. • Easy access to it all…Saratoga Race Course (thoroughbred race track), Saratoga Performing Arts Center, Saratoga Spa State Park, Saratoga National Historical Park, Saratoga Golf Courses, Saratoga's Museums, Spas, Mineral Springs and much more! • Incredibly rare location - near several restaurants! We also take incredible care of our guests, to think outside the box, and have made special arrangements for our guests where you will get a COMPLIMENTARY two person full day pass for any kayak, standup paddleboard or tandem (double kayak) on beautiful Saratoga Lake (typically available from Memorial Day through Labor Day), just a short drive from the property where you’ll also get special discounts when staying with us for renting pontoon boats, jet skis and other fun watercraft to explore and enjoy this amazing lake. While enjoying this special amenity, don’t forget to stop by some of the specialty lakeside dining and entertainment that happens at Dock Browns which has huge outdoor entertaining tent with bands during the track season, Carson’s Woodside Tavern with multiple firepits and amazing bands throughout the weekend, Lago by Druthers (formerly 550 Waterfront) – a resort feel waterfront restaurant with firepits, lakeside Adirondack chairs, a bar that wraps from the interior to exterior with sweeping lake views and other great options while you’re at the lake! Here are 5 things you must do when visiting Saratoga Lake: 1) Visit Brown's Beach Brown's beach is one of the only public swimming spot on saratoga lake. This community favorite swimming spot was closed for roughly a decade and recently has been opened to the public again. It has a shallow launch area and is great area for learning any type of water sport. Picnic and volleyball area is available. 2) Rent a boat or kayak South Shore Marina, literally a short walk from the property! What better way to experience Saratoga Lake during the summer than to rent a boat, kayak or paddleboard? There are also other marinas and locations where you can rent boats, kayaks and paddle boards, such as Salvi Aquatic Boat Rentals, Point Breeze Marina, Lees Park, The Kayak Shak, among others. 3) Go fishing Saratoga lake boasts one of the best fishing spots in the region. The lake is excellent for bass fishing and the deepest section of the lake is 96 feet. The lake is also stocked with over 8 million walleye. The weed beds framing the shoreline are great for anglers fishing northern pike. Around for the winter? Ice fishing is also permitted - make sure to check out the annual ice fishing derby. 4) Take an afternoon to golf If you are an avid golfer, the Saratoga Lake golf club is a beautiful resort in the heart of the Adirondacks. Play 18 holes overlooking the peaceful lake and join an annual tournament. And if you are a part of the new New York golf trail, the Saratoga Lake golf course has recently been added. 5) Never stop exploring • Saratoga Lake is home to rural canoe, kayak, and nature trails, snaking through the Kayaderosseras Creek and ending in the Saratoga Lake, giving you access to fish creek and lake lonely. The trail offers relatively mild paddling in the spring and autumn with several opportunities for whitewater when the river runs high. • Saratoga Springs (“The Spa City) is just a short drive away. Explore the wonderful downtown and then come back to the house for incredible views, fishing, boating, jet skiing, water skiing or simply relaxing! Here are a few of the fun activities and places to enjoy in Saratoga Springs: • Restaurants near the property: o Carson’s Woodside Tavern– great food, outdoor firepits, fun vibe and entertainment on the weekend (short drive from the property) o Dock Browns (next to Brown’s Beach)….very fun place, waterfront dining with gorgeous lake views! o Nostalgia Ale House & Wine Bar …next to South Shore Marina…just a short walk! o Panza’s Restaurant (next to Dock Browns) • Brown’s Beach – very cool place with a nice beach, roped off swimming area and a nice restaurant that overlooks the lake with great outdoor dining. Here’s some more information: About Brown's Beach Brown's Beach has been a popular attraction since the nineteenth century. The beach closed in 2006, but was reopened in 2015 by the Town of Stillwater. Grab a bite to eat at the beach's own snack shack, or sit out on the patio at Dock Brown's and enjoy a lakeside meal. The beach's typical hours of operation are Memorial Day Weekend - Labor Day Weekend, daily, from 10:00am-7:00pm. What Kind of Activities Can You Do at Brown's Beach? Brown's Beach features a sandy shoreline, a swimming area, a large pavilion that can be reserved, and a shallow launch area. The following activities are allowed: • Swimming • Paddle Boarding • Kayaking • Canoeing • Fun things to do at the lake: • Saratoga Springs (The Spa City) is just a short drive away. Explore the wonderful downtown and then come back to the house for incredible views, fishing, boating, jet skiing, water skiing or simply relaxing!
