Charming private room in the independent annex of a family home, you will enjoy the calm of its secluded and unoverlooked garden. The accommodation is located in Orléans, a 7-minute walk from the COMET tram stop, which will allow you to be in the city center in a few minutes. In summer, you can enjoy our pool when the sun is out! The space This accommodation has a double bed, bathroom with shower, sink and toilet, sitting area with sofa and TV, kettle and coffee maker. The accommodation does not have a kitchen. On sunny days (usually from June) you will enjoy access to the swimming pool, 2 Chilean chairs and garden furniture to share a delicious breakfast or aperitif. Guest access Parking is available in the private courtyard of the main house. Other street parking is available. During your stay We remain available via text or WhatsApp by phone if needed. Other things to note We are Cécile and Julien, a couple who love to host. We created this space so that you like it as much as we do. You will often have small treats upon arrival and will have the opportunity to enjoy (upon request) breakfast and a table d'hôtes when we are present, in the mild seasons. Julien, a former Chef, will be happy to offer you, if you wish, a menu of the moment. If you're passing through, we'll be happy to share all our Orleans favorites, great gourmet spots and must-see places with you.
