Located in a village on the banks of the Vilaine, our house has a large south-facing garden. The accommodation is located less than 10 minutes from Rennes-Saint-Jacques Airport, Parc Expo, Ker Lann, close to the train station, and downtown Bruz. You can park your vehicle there with peace of mind. A south-facing terrace and a fenced garden for your end-of-day relaxation. The space The bedroom, located on the ground floor, is equipped with a double bed, a wardrobe with shelves and wardrobe, a bedside table and a desk. The bathroom upstairs, has a walk in shower, the toilets are separate. Public transport is a stone's throw away and you can get to the center of Rennes in less than 20 minutes thanks to the train station located 3km away. The kitchen is very well equipped and you can cook your own meals, as you wish. Guest access You will have access to every room in the house except our private rooms. Other things to note There are two cats in the house. One stays in the house all the time, a second wanders around all day and is rarely there.
