Casa Arya is a set of hotel-type rooms, which has a pool with established hours of use. We are located in downtown Cancun, a 9-minute walk from the ADO bus terminal, a 15-minute walk from our main Mercado 28 for crafts and souvenirs. And most importantly, 2 blocks away on Tulum Avenue where you can take the bus that takes you to the hotel area and in 5 minutes you are at the entrance to the beach area.
