Simple, spacious, clean private room with a legitimate (always check the map when comparing) 8 minute walk to BART, and 5 minute walk to Philz Coffee, Trader Joes and restaurants. The convenient, yet quiet area makes this an ideal location to get into the city and get back out to a very safe location without needing a car. Surrounded by Oak, plum and Redwood trees making for a very calm experience. New queen size foam memory bed, twin bed, and a desk with high speed wifi. The space A reasonable size separate private bedroom (9.5' x 15') with queen and twin bed. Bathroom is shared with me. Light kitchen access is possible. Guest access Entry door has a keypad lock, guest room has door lock and is located on the 2nd floor of a smaller apartment building with 4 other units. During your stay I am generally around to help offer suggestions for guests. Other things to note If you are just moving to the area and looking for a 1 -2 month stay this is a great simple option to save some money over SF rents. Easy to commute to San Francisco from this location with BART (about a 31 minute ride to the San Francisco Down Town)
